Goal-oriented leader who is passionate about getting teams to work together and work towards the same goals. Environmental work and fossil-free are areas that interest me a lot and that I use daily in my professional practice. Some reasons why I am active in logistics solutions, service / maintenance, in addition to the areas that interest me, is that I want to work in a varied profession where I meet people and have the opportunity to develop in my work. In addition to competence in transportation and logistics/maintenance, I have also gained good knowledge in various administrative tasks. I have high cooperation and service skills, an open, listening and explanatory attitude and an ability to communicate easily with others in speech and writing.

I have extensive experience in management and leadership development. For 10 years I have worked as a manager with staff responsibilities. Inclusiveness and participation are keywords in my leadership. Feeling involved is a prerequisite for development. I work according to the FIRO model, which proven to be successful in getting a high level of productivity, accountability and and initiative among employees. Important keys for me are to give employees confirmation of work done, thinking positively, showing respect.

Fleet management I have an understanding of how to improving and streamlining logistical flows around vehicles, materials, equipment and maintenance to achieve a high level of reliability and security of supply. Experience in documenting internal and external working environments and to make risk assessments for work to be done.

During my years in the rental industry, my experience includes building teams of 7-10 people for maintenance, repairs of equipment and building establishments with facilities such as sheds for customers. I have had a great deal of coordination responsibility for delivering the right order on time at the right cost. A large part of my tasks in previous employment was to work daily with health and safety, fire protection and environmental work. Have documented processes, procedures, work preparations and risk assessments for the work we have carried out.

Plan and manage sustainable environmental transport to and from customers and workplaces. Sustainable transport is becoming more and more in demand. Being able to combine all means of transportation and documenting the environmental impact are tasks that I can take on. Below are some of my experiences from work:

Fleet lokomotive manager

I have worked as Fleet Locomtive manager for Scandinavia at TX logistik AB. Here I managed and planned maintenance, audits and repairs for the locomotives within the company. I structured the maintenance of the locomotives. I made sure that the locomotives were properly equipped for the traffic in Scandinavia, which the locomotives would be part of. I built up networks for workshop contacts, participated in meetings/forums at the Swedish Transport Administration for future train traffic. Here I also developed an understanding of how to improve and streamline logistical flows around locomotives, equipment and maintenance to achieve high reliability.

Projekt Coop trailer

I have been involved in starting and launching the business chain Coop's environmental initiative "Coop trailer by rail". An environmental initiative that has now been expanded from 1 train every day to 2-3 trains a day every day of the week. The assignment involves making the distribution work from the terminal where trains from Stockholm/Bro arrived in Helsingborg/Malmö. Distribution of pre-packed trailers from groceries to garden products for Coop forum and Extra stores. The assignment also included administrative work, from transport booking to invoicing.

Depot manager

Extensive experience in maintenance, repair of materials and facilities, including for customers in the construction industry. Coordination responsibility for delivering the right order at the right time at the right cost. 

Personnel responsibility for 10 people.

Work daily with health and safety, fire protection and environmental work.

Documented processes, procedures, work preparations and and risk assessments for the work performed.


Transport organizer

GDL transport Coordination of information/order flows. Responsible for EDI solutions and web bookings in transport booking systems. 

Optimization of order systems. Transport- management/organizer.
