Leadership skills
I have extensive experience in management and leadership development. For 10 years I have worked as a manager with staff responsibilities. Inclusiveness and participation are keywords in my leadership. Feeling involved is a prerequisite for development. I work according to the FIRO model, which proven to be successful in getting a high level of productivity, accountability and and initiative among employees. Important keys for me are to give employees confirmation of work done, thinking positively, showing respect.
